James Lee, Office and Community Outreach Manager for Performance Chiropractic, leads a talented, caring team who consistently looks out for the patients’ best interest. James is the newest addition to the family and brings remarkable interpersonal skills, along with his strengths in team-building, problem solving, and service.After spending the passed 8 years in the Hospitality industry, he made the switch to Healthcare after the birth of his son.
Connie Robbins has been part of the Performance Chiropractic team since 2004 in her capacity as Billing Manager. Connie and husband Chris returned to Williamsburg after a twenty-three year business career in Dhahran Saudi Arabia with Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest oil company. As a William & Mary alumna, she attends as many college theatre, music and dance performances as possible, as well as enjoying William & Mary Tribe football with seasons tickets to the games. Connie has a large family and is devoted to their care and well-being. In the struggle toward physical fitness, Connie walks, swims and bikes. She is a firm believer in the benefits of regular chiropractic care and advocates strongly for patients’ rights regarding their insurance policies, working hard to ensure maximum allowed payment of benefits.
Terry Crockett, Patient Services Coordinator, joined Performance Chiropractic in 2007. Terry’s warm demeanor and spontanious wit charm our patients every day. She has 3 sons, 1 daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren and has been happily married to Doug for 29 years. She loves reading, theatre, walking and playing with her dog Coco and her cats Belle and Molly. Terry has experienced first-hand the benefits of chiropractic and massage therapy and is excited to be a part of such a wonderful team.
Alice Land, Patient Services Coordinator, is the smiling face of the mornings at Performance Chiropractic and is the most recent addition to our team. Alice moved to Williamsburg back in 2003. She has a large family including husband Tony, her father, 3 children, 3 dogs, a bird and 2 turtles. Alice has a talent for baking, which her coworkers greatly appreciate. She volunteers with her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop and enjoys reading and shopping in her spare time. Alice is dependable and always ready to help. She is cheerful, warm and welcoming – which is not always easy first thing in the morning! Alice is a welcome addition to Performance Chiropractic.
